POLICY
At Prism and Ink, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry—we’re here to help.
1. How to Start a Return
To get started with a return, just drop us an email at info@prismandink.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you’d like to return
• The reason for the return
Once we receive your email, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your item(s) to us.
2. What Can Be Returned?
We happily accept returns as long as they are:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Sent back to us within 14 days of your return being approved
3. Why We Don’t Offer Exchanges
Since all of our items are made to order to reduce waste and help protect the environment, we unfortunately can’t offer exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This way, we avoid overproduction and ensure that each piece is made just for you!
4. Refunds
Once we’ve received your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you by email. If everything checks out, your refund will be processed within 14 days. The refund will go back to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund once we’ve done our part.
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. For UK Customers
Under the UK’s Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please keep in mind, you’ll be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
6. For Our International Customers
We offer returns for international orders within 14 days of receiving your item. Please note that return shipping costs, duties, or taxes will be your responsibility.
